 Where do you deliver?

Currently, we're thrilled to serve all of Sydney for our launch! Click here to check if we deliver to you. If you're located outside of this area, please reach out to us at support@food.me, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. We're eagerly looking forward to expanding our delivery service across Australia.

What are your delivery days and order cutoffs?

We deliver twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The cutoff time is 9 am, two days before the delivery day. For example, to receive your goodies on Tuesday, make sure to place your order by 9 am on Sunday. For Saturday deliveries, orders must be placed by 9 am on Thursday.

What are the delivery time windows?

We offer two delivery windows:

  • Before 7 am: Ideal for those in houses who prefer to receive their food in the morning and be ready for the day.
  • 8 am - 6 pm: Recommended for customers in buildings or apartments to ensure convenient delivery at a time when you’re home.

Will I receive updates and notifications about my delivery?

Absolutely! For deliveries within the 8 am - 6 pm window, you'll receive a notification when your box is on the way, a tracking link, and a final message upon delivery. If you've opted for the pre-7 am window, you'll receive a tracking link and a notification the night before your delivery. Don't worry about early morning disturbances—we won't send the final delivery message, you’ll just wake up to your box! Magic!
