Our return policy is very generous so please be honest with us as we're a small Australian business that need your support as much as we're trying to support you.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, no questions asked.

Eligibility for Returns

If you're unhappy with your product in any way please let us know which ones they are and we will process a refund within 5 - 7 days no questions asked.

There are only three situations in which we cannot offer a refund.

  1. 'Change of Mind' 
  2. Sale Items: Please note that we cannot accept returns on a sale unless the used by date is not good enough for you.
  3. Gift Cards.

    Initiating a Return

    To initiate a return, please contact us at support@food.me and we will respond within 24hrs with the steps you need to take to access your refund on the products not up to your satisfaction.

    Exchanges

    Should you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to follow our return process. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
